Depart home county to Spain.

Fly into Madrid and get settled into your hotel. Later in the day, eS Travel beckons your tastebuds as you immerse yourself in Madrid's cuisine while sampling the foods from local restaurants and pubs in some of the city's historical neighborhoods. Overnight in Madrid.

Spend the morning experiencing one of Madrid's famous art museums. After some free time, the late afternoon is filled with learning the history of some of Spain's infamous painters, and dine in one of Madrid's hidden art gems. Overnight in Madrid.

Step through the walled city of Ávila, a UNESCO Heritage Site. Experience the fortified wall while strolling its perimeter.  The evening is spent back in Madrid with time to relax. Overnight in Madrid.

After traveling down to Costa del Sol, with comfortable shoes, a sun hat and sunscreen, take a walking tour of the historic center, the Roman theater and the Alcazaba fortress of Málaga. The afternoon is free for you to soak in the sun and this region's flavorful zest. Overnight in Málaga.

This day you find your way to the tip of Spain, near Gibraltar. Spend the afternoon on the Mediterranean Sea in your own boat house. A jeep tour to the top of the Cádiz countryside hilltops will guarantee magnificent views of Gibraltar and the surrounding white washed villages. Overnight near Gibraltar.

Spend the morning climbing the Rock of Gibraltar, heading to the top via cable car. On a clear day, you will see the continent of Africa across the Straight of Gibraltar. The boistrous Barbary Macaque monkeys will entertain you and St. Michael's Cave will inspire you. Overnight near Gibraltar.

Take an adventurous trip to Ronda, a mountaintop town, and hike a lush trail and photograph the panoramic view of the famous Puente Nuevo bridge and waterfalls. Then visit an olive orchard and tempt your palate as you learn the art of making olive oil. Overnight in Seville.

Spend the morning visiting the famous landmarks of Seville like the Plaza de España and the Alcázar Palace, part of the set for the film Lawrence of Arabia. Early evening, experience flamenco at its best in an intimate setting, followed by a group dinner to reminisce the events of the day. Overnight in Seville.

Return to Madrid and end eS Travel Spain with a taste of the rivalry within the Spanish monarchy. A private tour of the monarchy’s palace and a farewell dinner will send you off to a good night's sleep. Overnight in Madrid.
